The property featured a large unit with three bedrooms, dining, and living areas. A fully equipped kitchen allowed for cooking inside the apartment. Parking was available directly in front of the building. Each room had its own air conditioner, and the living room was spacious with plenty of seating. The location was quiet yet close to Sinchon Train Station and nearby restaurants within walking distance.
