The property offered a modern setting with bright apartments featuring tall ceilings and large windows. The location was strategic, close to multiple subway stations, convenience stores, and attractions like Jongo shrine within walking distance. Facilities included a kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a separate closet for steaming clothes. Free breakfast was provided on weekdays for two guests. Airport shuttle 6001 stopped very close to the building at Baiton hotel stop.
