Kitchen facilities and laundry were available, including free washing machines with soap provided. The location was very convenient, close to Myeongdong subway station and within walking distance of central Seoul. Rooms were small but clean, minimalist, and comfortable with good air conditioning and secure locks. Staff spoke English and Chinese, offered helpful support such as adaptor plugs for electronics, and provided detailed arrival instructions. A photo area with hanbok costumes added a unique touch to the hostel experience.
