The hotel was located in the heart of Myeongdong shopping street, providing easy access to bus and subway stations. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, fridges, kettles, and large bathrooms. Daily towel changes and occasional bedding replacements were provided. Staff spoke English fluently and offered courteous, helpful service throughout the stay. Luggage storage after check-out was available for late departures.
