The location was central, within walking distance of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Myeongdong. The staff were friendly, helpful, and used translation apps to communicate when needed. The room was comfortable despite some renovation-related upgrades. Proximity to transit and various restaurants added convenience. A coffee shop was available on the ground floor.
