The hotel offered a very clean and cozy environment with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Staff provided excellent service and responded quickly to requests, including room changes when needed. Amenities included towels, moisturizer creams, shampoo, shower gel, and even USB-C and lightning chargers. The location was convenient for Kangnam Severance Hospital and close to Gangnam Station within walking distance. Parking options were available nearby with staff assistance for moving vehicles as necessary.
