Helpful host communicated through the security camera at late check-in and carried bags up the stairs. The room was clean, cozy, with air conditioning and a heater that worked well during cold weather. The location was central, close to Namsan Park, Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, buses, metro stations, markets and night market on a quiet side street. The terrace had stunning views of Seoul skyline where tea could be enjoyed in the evening. Instructions for using the washing machine were provided by friendly staff who responded quickly to inquiries before arrival.
