The location near Dongdaemun History Park Station provided easy access to multiple subway lines and an airport limousine bus stop. Shared amenities included a kitchen, laundry area, rooftop, café, mini gym, and a quiet workstation ideal for productivity. Access was managed via mobile phone with QR codes for common areas. The property also featured lifts and ample storage space in rooms.
