Staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, helping with flight reservations, room cleaning, fresh towels, and even setting up WhatsApp for easy communication, check-in and check-out were self-service, very easy and intuitive. The beds had high-end linens that made every night feel luxurious while the rooms were comfortable though on the smaller side. Location was convenient yet quiet in a small alley of Gangnam.
