The hotel was very clean with large, nice rooms and a good shower. The location was great, close to the airport limousine stop and public transport. Rooms offered scenic views of the lake and Lotte Tower from higher floors. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Some rooms featured both a tub and a shower, adding to comfort.
