Spacious, very clean room with a stove, water boiler, laundry machine, thermostat, dehumidifier, plenty of plates and tupperware, the front door was very secure with passcode and locks. The host was kind and communicative, provided all details including door passcode by email before arrival and quickly fixed issues like a bathroom bulb or wifi connection. The location was close to two metro stations (Sangdo & Soongsil Univ), bus stops, and many convenience stores such as Nice2CU and GS25. Washing machine was directly accessible with plenty of storage space for belongings.
