The location was close to two subway stations served by lines 3 and 6 with Yeonsinnae station recommended for easier access with luggage, and the room was clean, small but had a desk and heated flooring. The host was accommodating and allowed luggage storage after check-out while laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer were free to use.
