Clean rooms with good heating and insulation, kitchenware and laundry facilities were helpful, and new appliances like an electric kettle were available, the apartment had two bedrooms providing comfortable sleeping space for a family of four with floor heating pre-set by the host. The location was very convenient near Seoul Station and Lotte supermarket, though a few steps needed to be climbed, communication with the host was clear and responsive.
