Helpful staff assisted with luggage despite no elevator and allowed luggage storage after check-out, the room was clean with a washing machine, fridge, humidifier, charger, toothbrush, and access to a kitchen with free ramyeon, location was close to subway stations and bus stops in lively Jongno neighborhood yet quiet enough for rest.
