The hotel was close to the metro next to the Lotte shopping mall and had a good coffee machine downstairs with a kettle in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and Netflix and Disney were included. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable with a big bed, air purifier, heating system, and looked very new.
