Very good value with a spacious, clean room of 33㎡ that had new washing and drying machines, a refrigerator, microwave, individual heating and cooling controls for each bed space, many power outlets, mirrors, hangers and storage boxes. The location was convenient about 5 minutes walk from Sinnonhyeon subway station with many restaurants nearby including Bunsik and a GS25 convenience store just outside, e-mart everyday supermarket was 100m away across Sapyeong Boulevard. Earplugs were provided but not needed as the street noise was low despite being near the road. The owner responded quickly to messages and self check-in/out was possible without meeting anyone.
