The hotel featured modern, well-maintained rooms with exceptional cleanliness and comfortable beds. A rooftop terrace and a lobby provided pleasant common areas, while the basement included a kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was convenient, close to subway stations yet away from busy streets. Toiletries by Acqua di Parma were supplied, and daily room cleaning ensured fresh towels and made beds. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks were available in shared lounges on upper floors.
