Room was clean, bed comfortable. Shower hot and strong. Near cafes, restaurants, kombinis. About 20 minutes walk to airport bus stop at Jamsil station Exit 5. Close to metro stations. Staff helped when asked but not very friendly. Location good for food street and Lotte building nearby. Duplex units comfortable, close to Lotte Tower with many restaurants and malls around. Easy access to metro and bus stops from multiple routes. Room private, cleaning attentive. Food ordering kiosk in room was a plus.
