Spacious apartment had three rooms, four double beds, AC in all rooms, and a large living room with complete furniture and appliances for cooking. The host was very helpful, quick to reply, attentive, and provided liters of bottled water plus extra cleaning during longer stays. The location was near Gajo Station and bus stops within a 5-minute walk, close to Hongik University about 10 minutes away on foot, with convenience stores nearby and easy access to expressway entrances. Trains ran late at night with some noise heard from the room. A converted railway track and riverside promenade were behind the house for exercise. Yeontral Park and vibrant cafés in Yeonnam were within walking distance.
